Happy new year to all those reading this. (And the happy new year vibe goes out to everyone else too).
Exciting News at Say Anything Design - We have revamped our website! After lots of hours of planning, executing, and a little cussing, our new site is up and running. You will now have many more options when it comes to colors and designs on our signature platters. Next on the list is getting our Guestbook ordering streamlined. Soon you will be able to do all the ordering online and see what your book will look like as you build it, just like the platters.

More big news: Coming soon is our sand ceremony picture frames. It is the same principle as the sand ceremony glass vases, but with your favorite picture in the center. We are just tying up the loose ends of this new product and will be available in the next few months.

Beware......INSANE SANTA!!!

So, I'm finishing up my 3rd Cookies for Santa Plate, and my lovely daughter asks me, "Mom, why is your Santas all cross-eyed?"

Hmmmm......That was a good question. I didn't plan it that way, but yea, they are cross-eyed. Maybe it's an artistic Freudian slip. Holidays can be pretty insane and crazy. Who knows, maybe Santa is a crazy old man who comes into your house and gives you stuff. I must admit, I think I would be crazy if I had to find gifts for millions of people- I go crazy just buying for my own family!

Then again, maybe it's just cute.

May I suggest making this holiday season as un-crazy as you can. If that means letting a few things go, or buying stuff online and early, do it. Do what ever you need to do to make sure your focus is on the good stuff: family, friends, peace, and good will.

Hey Santa! Tile Sign

As promised, here is the companion to the Cookies for Santa Plate - The Hey Santa! tile sign. Make sure Santa knows how to get the the cookie stash you put out for him. You could frame this ceramic sign if you so desired, and hang it on the wall, or use it as a holiday trivet for your Christmas dinner table.

I think you could also get extra "nice" brownie points with the big guy for helping find the cookies!

Yes, I said Christmas. I know it's not even Halloween yet, but these days it's best to get a jump on your gift shopping, because once Thanksgiving is over, it's Christmas in the blink of an eye.

Tree of Life

One of the trends we've seen emerging in wedding designs and themes is the tree of life. We have noticed a spike in our orders of this image on our platters, ceremony vases and customized guestbooks. What is it about this symbol that is so appealing to so many people now-a-days? Maybe it's bcause it's fall and the colorful trees are in the forefront of our surroundings. Maybe it's because when we see a beautiful tree it reminds us of something strong and sturdy that is immovable - something this world could use a little more of........
